These license terms apply to your use of all Microsoft software and online services licensed under your Services Provider License Agreement. Terms used and not defined in this Microsoft Services Provider Use Rights document have the meanings assigned to them in the Services Provider License Agreement.
Shared Hosting Terms of Service. This contract applies to all shared hosting environments including Windows and Linux based hosting and VPS plans.
Dedicated Server Terms of Service. This contract applies to servers owned by CRServers and leased to the customer.
Server Co-Location Terms of Service. This contract applies to servers owned by the customer and kept in CRServers custody.
Our service-level agreement (SLA) is a part of your service contract. It stipulates support options, guarantees for services, level of customer support, etc.
